I was gonna say galaxy you dont need to loose any from the pic i saw, but from what youve said you seem a sensible lass and know when you would be too skinny, ive lost over 4 stone slowly over 6mths, didnt follow a diet, just cut out takeaways and the bottle (or two) of rose wine i was drinking each night. I now eat loads of fruit and veg and feel a hell of a lot better for it, but i wont be pushing for the ideal weight for my height that they try to tell you is “your perfect weight” because ive been there and i looked bloody awful and gaunt faced. Curves rule im keeping my womanly shape. :wink:
