I tend not to post on the slagging off and the mud slinging threads, but i do read them (as most people on the boards do, although most wont admit it) we all have that voyeur part of our personalities, its human nature to want to know whats going on (or maybe im just a nosey bint :wink: ), all that aside i still voted that i prefer it without the fighting.
When this board first started it was with a community spirit and a sense of people coming together to have fun, laughter and enjoy each others company. It was not as it is now, “she did this to me” “he said this” “hes a t**t” “shes a slag” ect ect.

I still use the boards although i rarely post now, but I miss the old boards. Maybe im stuck in my ways and a hater of change but jc boards used to be a place to share opinons and except other peoples beliefs and if you didn’t agree with them you put an intelligent argument as to why not, without the name calling, abuse and b ollocks that has nothing to do with the origional thread.

Every message board of this size will have members tiffs and tit for tat abuse, but its seems over the last 12 months that there hasnt been much of anything else, ok so posters need to make interesting threads and give the board new life, but that isnt going to happen if new users as well as old ones are subject to torrents of childish venting and every thread turns into a free for all with insults.

As adults we should be able to work through the odd scuff and get on with it, but do we really need all this agro when we have so much shyte to deal with in real life, i thought this place was somewhere to get away for a while and interact with others, if ya wanna go kick someones face in go into town with the other mindless numb f uckwits and take yer chances with them and the law, theres no need to bring it here, if yer stressed take up martial arts, kick the c rap out ya sofa, shag the missus/hubby senseless, why is there such a need to launch an attack on a message board?, better ways to vent your frustrations dont ya think?
