erm my frustrations are usualy eased away with a huge spliff and a nice bath in some relaxing oils, if still in a moody after this a large punch bag helps, no punchbag? find a suitable surface to attack but remeber people punching windows, doors ect can be damaging to your health (to say nothing of your pocket for replacements)
