this debate is nothing to do with racism. If you keep buying into the comments made by panda you’ll lose sight of what the real issue is.
Gordon Brown used the word “bigot” to put down the concerns of one voter who dared to question his policies.
That comment lost him an election.
Please don’t let panda twist the debate.
There are 1,000,000 Poles in the country. There are also 1,000,000 kids on the dole.
It isn’t a race issue – it’s an economic one that is impacting on us all. And the only racist debate that I’m aware of is the anti-British one that seems to be going around.
There was an underying reason why Gordon Brown took the route he did.
The building industry supports and stimulates growth in so many other industries. That was Brown’s reasoning. Create a demand for new builds by saturating the population.
Add to that his desire to drive wages down by flooding the jobs market with cheap labour.It’s not rocket science to see what Gordon Brown and the Labour Party were trying to do, but he did it at the expense of British people whose aspirations to better themselves took a serious battering.
The Labour Party got it wrong. And now we’re all suffering. It’s nothing to do with a recession – it’s to do with the misguided thought processes and call to action of Gordon Brown. His decisions have proved to be an economic disaster for this nation.

What is wrong with you??? Do you not understand what I’m trying to explain and the reasons why immigration has been so damaging. Even Gordon Brown has admitted they got it wrong so why can’t you??? :twisted:

I blame – as always – the government. We need strong leadership yet we’ve never had it. It’s no wonder we’re in a mess.
Panda – I realise you’re trying to brand me a racist. You’ve even mentioned Asians and West Indians to try and rally some kind of support against me. At the end of the day though I’m not a racist. I’ve been subject to racist abuse on many occasions though. What I believe in is economics. We have a workforce on the dole. Why on earth do we need east Europeans?
