tens of thousands of “claims” happen each year, half of which are simply scammers after money, very few win- has this happened and the hairdresser is bankrupt or is a case of she will be IF the case is proven
as far as i know its still at claim stage, but the hairdresser has been told that when it gets to court she can expect to lose both her livelyhood and her home as she will be bankrupted. the muslim woman doubled her demand because of the letters she recieved. i know little or nothing about this type of law, so i cant tell you much apart from what ihas been on the news lateley and on the sky discussion boards. the thing that bugs me is that these claims are getting more and more frequent. why ? have these slime balls found a loophole or something,? how can they get away with demanding time and time again, and always getting away with what adds up to extortion. i for one wouldnt let a muslim through the door if i had a business or a shop. and i would use the excuse that im a gay devil worshipper if i had to. i think anyone who is hiring anyone ought to be made aware, that if you get an aplication from a muslim your in real danger of losing your business and your home. the poor hairdreser said today that she has worked for thirteen years to build her business up, only to have it all stopped by this muslim bi*ch. and i wouldnt be suprised if shes got legal aid to pay for it all either. please find out all you can and let me know by all means. im sooooo livid.
i have to say its nice to see ou folk getting together to help this family, i wish id had your advice 8 years ago. i went with the unions advised solicitor and he was terrible, he lost my notes on several occasions, he never answered any calls and fobbed me off with excuse after exuse. anyhow as they say in disney land it is in de past.. good luck with your efforts and love to your family. dont give up, and dont let the bstards get you down.
heres how to raise 41k without dong a thing pet. wear a hijab. and apply for a job as a hairdresser. if they turn you down, sue them for 41k and walk away laughing up your sleeve.
i wish you well with your campaign but i have to agree you do yourself no favours by getting upset. im sure most of us feel for your plight, and as a retired nurse i certainly do. i was retired after being attacked by a patient i have a decent pension and i work part time. it hasnt stopped me working nor has it embittered my personal view of others, as i say i wish you well your fiance’ and your family should be well compensated, but as has been said peter sutcliffe has recieved no money for his injures. mabey if you compare the offer to an mp’s pay you would gain more support. heaven knows they get paid a fortune for f**k all.@anita Gofradump wrote:

he isnt and never was mentally ill, hes just another selfish bully who couldnt cope with the fact that his wife had enough of his demands and bullying. he took those babies with him for one reason and that was to inflict as much pain and suffering as possible on his wife cos he couldnt function without her wiping his arse. he should be taken to blackpool and chucked off the tower and let him have a good look around on the way down. i hope he rots in hell in a greek prison. preferably padded up with an aids ridden rapist. :wink:

yep totally agree with you both there. the gangs programmes were ace to watch. i have certainly changed my opinion of mr kemp over the last year or so. i always had him down for being a bit of a hard man cum luvvie, but he seems to have a side to him that id not given him credit for. i certainly wouldnt want to go to some of the places he has. as for the forces, ive family in the services and my son is still thinking of joining up. i have nowt but love and respect for them all.

When you take into consideration not only are they sometimes fighting for their lives, but the effect mentally it will eventually have on them, it sometimes suprises me anyone would want to sign up. But young kids these days are blinded by the promise of a whirl wind life style, travel the world, see many things blah blah have a great life. They forget to mention go and fight for your life in a country with substandard equipment for something thats bullsh!t, see mutilated men women and children and if you ever get married put major mental strains on your loved ones and have postings to places where nothing happens and you forced to live in sh!tty accomodation.
i supose you have a valid point there. ive read stories of men only having 20 bullets each, and having to share body armour. i know of at least one soldier who died because it was his mates turn to wear the body armour it was all over the news last year.i also read that in iraq the american forces calledthe brits the borrowers because they were so badly equipped.
the reason we are there at all is another point. if we are there to rid afghanistan of the drug growing culture, why didnt they just leave the taliban in charge ? when hey were in charge the opium industry was almost wiped out. personally i think that if the taliban do beat, rape and murder in the name of a paedophile they should be left to it.its their country, its their choice to do so in their own country, we have no business there. were not sending soldiers to darfur or to south america are we ? theyre only doing it to other followers of the same caveman religion. eventually they will have killed every female in the country and the problem will have sorted itself.
the morale of the young men is as vital as having the right equipment, and if their morale is destroyed because they believe they are fighting for nothing then they may as well not go there. but while they are there , and they are putting their lives on the line i think they should have our full support in any way we can give it.@~Pebbles~ wrote:
