I love the ”…don’t mean to be rude” bit.

None of the operations Staff will have access to the database of our users, for obvious security reasons. That includes all of the ChatGuides and the ForumHosts..

Access to this part of the database is on a strictly ”need to know” basis and the only people who will have this access are ChatHostUK, the Financial Controller, and one senior administrator. Their access is strictly limited and they are logged in and out so there is a full audit trail.

We really have thought through the security implications of this and we believe that our control systems are fully robust.

Tis the believe word that worries me, ‘we believe’ …. not………. ‘are sure’ …..or….. ‘definately know’. so noo wont be joining…. and em ‘audit trail’ is just that………… ‘a trail of what happened’ …..’before the event’ pmsl
