If Simon Cremer was not 100% about the theft he would not have frogmarched him down to the police station the way he did.
We had 2 incidents ourselves with shoplifters in this last week. Detained both in the shop whilst the police got here. The second one…Monday’s incident was a female. She continuosly tried to leave the shop and I physically restrained her again and again. Telling her I can touch her and I will touch her to restrain her, none of her crap will wash with me.
your legally entitled to hold them while the police arrive
but to take them agaist there will is illegal
thats the facts of it
if he is innocent of any wrong doing why did he pay the compensationTrust me they were both held against their will. You can keep them if they have commited a crime on your premises. It’s called citizens arrest although I didnt arrest them as such just made them stay lol….and the compensation was paid because of barmy rights laws. All of a sudden these people have feelings in times when the tables are turned, wonder if he stole with feeling?
never been proved he stole any thing
I dare say the caution relates to the theft.Ive also just read that the boss stands to lose his house because of it.Ive changed my mind on the stocks the sh.it should be horse whipped.

on 2 occasions he caught burglars and beat the crap out of them
he never got proscuted lol said it was self defence
but when 3 of you gang up on some one tie there hands up and intimidate them then thats a whole dif storyThey should have made a proper job of it and put him in the stocks.Thieving little sh.it Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.

Lol YC… I have a story about that. I cannot tell it here though for fear of repercussions but it involved my husband, a burglar and a star wars light saber… gosh I still laugh when I think about it now. The force was with him that night I can tell you
 Good on your Husband Mrs T If someone decides to invade your home in my opinion they leave all rights at the door/window or any other entrance they use.
