The cartoon refers to the dead couple – a young father and his 23 month-old baby tucked under her dad’s shirt, drowned on the Rio Grande. Their photograph shocked the world a couple of weeks past, and Trump reacted with supreme indifference. Q’s usual pathetic play on words shows the same indifference
The story is genuinely tragic, and the mother was left inconsolable. The story became famous here as elsewhere.
The cartoonist had his contract withdrawn from much of the Canadian region within which he worked. He said that he was aware that this would happen, but that his loss of money was nothing compared to the actual suffering he was portraying.
Thing is with Human leaders is that that is what they are……human…….you can only expect human traits from them….which is probably why a lot of people say( with out being a smart arse) LOL…..any one could do that job….
