Tant me im in bed no later than 1030 try to go about 10ish on a school night ………. Im up at 5 and i would be dead on me f00king feet at work if i stayed upo that late
As for sex with me hubby by the time he can straighen his leg he will neeed to be put back in hospital by time iv shaged the ar se off him lol 8)

Sunny…. I get up at 5.50am…. tend to go to bed about 12ish..but cos i have cold/cough etc like you i have been going to bed about 10pm…. depends whats on telly..other night I went at 2am and gort up at 5.50am..but did go to bed 11.30pm the following night!! Seem to need less sleep as I get older..plus if i go to bed too early (when I’m well) I find I spend most of the night waking up…three or four times so tend to try and stay up late..but even then I sometimes still wake up!! I sometimes wish for the old days when I could sleep 10pm to 10am without waking up!!!
Some nights I have 5 hours sleep, others I could go 10. Ive always had erratic sleep patterns though. Borderline insomniac.
I made the old man a cuppa before he went to work this morning then I went to bed lol :wink:
