Have to say the best part of a holiday is coming home to me…. especially from a hot climate to see how green England is…. its a shock to the senses… especially Yorkshire… Gods own country :D

I have dual nationality either British or Jamaican.

Best part of a holiday for me is being there, relaxing or sight seeing and just generally enjoying myself otherwise what’s the point of spending the time, money and effort in going?

Ok… but my question was do you consider yourself English? I think you told me you were from Grand Cayman a while ago or am I confused?

You are confused. I lived in the Caymans for a while.

I am British, the component country in which I was born is England so I am also English.

However, my father was born in Jamaica, so I have dual nationality.

Its interesting the nationality thing… I am of Scottish and Irish descent …. I never think to mention it though to me Im just English… its where I was born and its where I live. My husbands father was born in the USA but my husband never mentions it either and if asked he simply says he is English. I suppose what Im saying is I love England and Im proud to say Im English……. so yes when I return from holiday its a pleasure.
