I nearly choked you git! You need a government health warning!

Having said that, perhaps its Gazlan’s puns that need a health warning!

I admit I was shocked too, initially, but it became apparent it`s just light hearted fun about a subject that I think anyone woud agree is a tragic story. Surely it`s better to look for humour among the sadness?

A very tragic story, one among a great many tragic stories. Let’s hope the little fella gets a donor soon.

As for the light hearted take on it ……its necessary sometimes. And I should know.

On the same subject, has anyone seen the film Seven Pounds? I watched it yesterday………very moving.

Shes been talking again then…

If he wernt such a genuine guy…….i would have him arrested..ahem..

Of course there is no malice here, some people cant see innocent humour unless it makes them laugh :x

Look, just because I possess almost godlike admin powers doesn’t mean that I have had a sense of humour bypass.

Sometimes, in order to survive in this awful world, you need to have a sense of the ironic …. oh and will, – not to take yourself too too seriously.

Nah… i mite not be perfect and i do post rubbish. but them comments were bad taste. can u honestly say u wud find them funny if it were ur kid with a heart problem. doubt it.

    so ur the bigger idiot.

My daughter was diagnosed with a heart murmur last year (thankfully we know now it`s an innocent murmur) so I think I have some understanding on this.
I might not have found all the comments funny, but will, each to their own, and personally don`t find them cruel or offensive. Some of the most daring jokes sometimes are made by the very people affected, and everyones humour is different.

So the moral of will’s story is: Never ever make any sort of ‘joke’ or lighthearted comment on anything remotely serious, just in case you offend somebody somewhere.

If you can’t find somebody to claim offence, you can always fall back on that time honoured comment “You wouldn’t find it funny if it was your ************* ” (fill in the appropriate thing/person).

Oh how I mourn the passing of irony.
