BLOOD WAS EVERYWHERE
BRICKS, bottles and missiles were hurled at police in a night of violence in Halifax that left one man fighting for his life.
Dozens of people were involved in the three-hour confrontation in Hopwood Lane that began at 9.30pm.
It is believed the violence was sparked after a crowd armed with knives and bats attacked four men.
Police said they were pelted with bottles and bricks as they tried to control the situation and rescue the injured men.Community leaders today called for calm.
Councillor Mohammed Najib (Lab, Park) said: “What happened was so, so bad. I feel sorry for the people that suffered. I would ask for calm and peace in the community.”A 25-year-old witness said: “A group of young men were ambushed by another group, believed to be all the same family.
“They were attacked in the street with knives, baseball bats and what looked like a car wrench, leaving two unconscious.“They were like animals and they annihilated them. There was blood everywhere. We thought they were going to kill one guy who was unconscious.
“They carried on hitting him with a baseball bat while he was lying there.”Ali Hussain, 23, of King Cross, was among the group of shocked bystanders at the scene today. He said: “It’s not safe to be around this area now.
“What is going to happen to families living here, especially those with kids? We just want to keep out of it.”
Arfan Mohammed, 22, of Warley Road, said people were worried because there were guns in the community. Four local men, aged 23, 24, 36, and 38, have been arrested in connection with the assaults and are currently in custody.
Two other men were arrested for public order offences and have been dealt with and released.
Council leaders called a crisis meeting today.At the bottom of this report, the date says 27th july. This incident happened atleast TEN days ago. The incident is obviously to do with asians. The reason why voting for the BNP is necessary due to this incident, is that, apart from this report which i personally came accross by accident (not even the BNP have reported it), very little is said in national media to do with asians causing harm in our society. Its as if it doesn’t happen. I dont think even half the population are aware of whats going on.
The media is full of video clips of white people creating harm.
Are the liberal media scared what the majority of people would think if they knew all that went on?

There must be a balance in media reporting, and it doesnt happen.
The other reason to vote BNP to do with this, is that, the VERY SAME KIND of people who tell us why multiculturalism is a good thing, allowed these people into our country, without giving the people of that time, a say on it.
It is not the asian, black or chinesse people who are to blame, it is the namby pamby white liberalists in political parties like lib dems, labour (old and new) and the conservatives.
These parties have thrown together a multicultural cocktail that does not work.

A HUGE inquiry is under way in Dewsbury after four nights of violence.
Police have stepped up nightly patrols in several parts of the town after four disturbances in as many days.
Three incidents were in Savile Town and one in Ravensthorpe.
It is believed they have involved groups of Iraqi and Pakistani men.
Insp Martin Lister, of Dewsbury police, said there had been a police presence in Savile Town every evening last week to reassure all sides of the community and maintain order and safety.
He added: “Behind the scenes we are working with councillors, mediators and partners with a view to bringing long-term solutions to the issues and frustrations which clearly exist.
“We appeal for calm and for the community to be tolerant of all cultures within society.”
Dewsbury South councillor Khizar Iqbal said he was very concerned and the situation was worrying.
He added: “There is serious potential for this to get worse. I hope the police will take control of this.”
He appealed for calm and said he did not know the cause of the tension, but people on both sides had made various allegations.
A 22-year-old man was treated in hospital after one incident in Savile Town.
Several people have been arrested for various offences and a 19-year-old was given a fixed penalty notice.
This was six days ago, four nights of violence :(
