I really do hope we can iron out any small discrepancies so as Mr Trump can honour us, and give us the privilege of a state visit. I’m sure he’ll be over soon for a visit.

Ok children, relax….This American is very hot as our days suddenly went full blast with heat index to fast for our season.
Arcen- If you have followed any media in the States from campaign to Presidency, the Donald has had so many protests here and still does, he needs to focus on matters at hand and not soothing protesters in which important matters time would be influenced. He is still trying to clean house in Washington, other Presidents have left him a mess to fix. We have many problems here that are very critical need fixing, and too many problems with homeland security, immigration and I could go on with the list. Think too will you,he is a high profile target. Uk has gone thru hell for 3 months I am sure he would come paying with own expenses as he did with the elections. He is spread way to thin right now with much on his shoulder and non supporters constantly interrupting matters at hand. Can you honestly tell me that the UK has enough security who could guard and provide safety for him. I would bet a year of my own salary the real reason too for visit right now can not be done. Think I read on these threads UK police can not be trusted. If I like the Donald or not, he is my President. I want him safe. He will visit when things settle sure, not when..

Linda I can’t abide that man & him clearing up the US …. yeah ok if you call trying to stop certain people entering the US & building the wall between the US & Mexico cleaning up so be it. His own wife is an immigrant work that one out.

UK security protecting him …. don’t make me laugh have you not seen what has been happening in the UK over the last 3 months ? Our security are busy protecting our own citizens.
Simple don’t bother coming he won’t be that welcome anyway. I think it’s fair to say he is possibly the most disliked President ever of the USA.

I disagree, many Brits will gladly welcome Mr Trump to our shores, and he will get our very best Special Branch security team. It will be an honour and privilege for me and many other Brits to host this very special man.

Oh god Arcen I do agree with some of your arguments against the Donald. Perception/what media decide to run against him for public eye to see is methods used also to hate him even more. I recall saying once on these threads that some times I may go out on a limb because some Americans too would give me a black eye for it. Think though most hated man, he did become President. Did you see media the states he visited with protest and violence, arrest made. If I told you how many people who voted for him it would blow your mind. Many stay quiet because of those threats if we speak our voices even showing a small support of him. So you are absolutely correct most likely the President which has more hate in u.s.a. history. I said once or twice “Having Power,need money.” That is how he got in. He is a brilliant business man and investor. Taxpayers are being too drained and monetary institutions suffering, as well as our systems who support our poor here but many immigrants who run here for freedom.
Your security force did an excellent, excellent job with the people. I applaud that, proud for you all and safety measures successful. Trump is hated as you say, no disrespect please. Your forces do not have the power to protect a man like him, too much would happen on a visit and this would effect your own people’s safety. He knows that too…. I am sure. As for the carriage ride well that I agree, but this man always has had a way to make his attendance noticed. If it there or here. Not different. That’s him.. even when not President. I know him….. -
