I hereby name this hedgehog Spike
Sorry but “Spike” is utterly inappropriate for a BALD hedgehog !!! It would be emotionally scarred for life, being constantly reminded that it had no spikes at all every time somebody called it “Spike”.
You’ll have to try harder.
As for the Mrs Tiggywinkle Centre for Distressed Hedgehogs (to give it its proper name) colluding in calling this poor creature “Spud” ….. words fail me.
You’ll have to try harder too.
Daily Mail Tuesday March 17th 2009
“Meet spud the spineless hedgehog.
Staff at Tiggywinkles Wildlife Hospital who have been caring for him since August are baffled by his condition.
We are now appealing for someone to come forward with ideas about what has caused his problem and suggestions for treatment, whether it homeopathy or some other natural treatment. ” :-19 March, 2009 at 5:02 pm #393665@forumhostpb wrote:

After all if you had a nice load of spikes all over you and some careless bugger removed them all …. wouldn’t you be a bit grumpy???
20 March, 2009 at 7:42 pm #393669I’d call him felt underlay cause thats what he looks like (though i still think ugly mf fits)
