    I think emma is asking why non-white people should be more equal when it comes to getting cushty jobs.
    Skin colour shouldn’t matter is the basis of her argument.

    I think emma is anti minority myself and sees conspiracy hiding around every corner Should simply be best man for the job regardless of colour but i dare say there are a lot of closet racists who wouldnt give a person a job because of the colour of their skin

    Yes, but you’re pro-minority and probably see racists hiding in every corner.
    Being politically correct doesn’t necessarily make your point of view the right one though. :wink:
