And I think it depends on why they got banned as to whether they are allowed back or not.

Now this comment infers that a certain Chatguide is following the instructions of others rather than acting on their own initiative, Surely not !!!! Can Thin have rejected the same guide as I have and is suffering her wrath much as I am with unwarranted gaggings ?? I reckon its time they banned all the guides they are too biased to be of use.
