Somehow, I have managed to delete my wireless settings, but I seem to be able to connect via an ethernet cable, albeit that the IP Address, Gateway, Primary and Secondary DNS details are incorrect.

I’m using Windows Vista, which I hate. Can anyone tell me what keys/menus I have to access to re-create my wirelkess settings?

Also, I keep getting a message on screen that says something out a screen dump and then asks me if I want to re-start Windows normally or in Safe Mode. What does this mean? :? :? :?

    I am assuming the following.

    You have a laptop.

Your using wireless 802.11g 54mbs network adapter

The wireless router is working and ok.

What I think you have done is turn off the wireless router, its only working with cable.

That is easy to fix, you just need to get the router setting up menu and look for it or ring your router makes help line for help.

Or you could just reset the router and set it up again from the start.

Is your screen going blue when you get this message?
