It would seem that access to the chat room is being denied but access to the forums is possible
Not sure what error 743 is though
A ban from the chat room doesn’t stop you accessing the boards.
Not sure about the “no one is answering e mails or private chat” bit, emails have nothing to do with JC and if you can’t access the chat room then you can’t have a private chat… :?
Methinks that just-me-fem-52 needs to give a little more information…unless it’s a wind up… :-k

Emails??? The lady has probably clicked ‘contact us’ or something …. they never get replied to :P
