I have bought stocking fillers, they are wrapped. I am not spending Christmas Day with the kids this year, I am out feeding people that are homeless, we are having our Christmas day on Boxing Day. It’s my sons birthday this week, I have to get that out the way then the big shopping will start.

I shop online and have done my main Christmas shopping in tandem with birthday present buying, this past week.
Admittedly i’ve been pulling my hair out, buying threeways and splitting my choices between the PDSA, the RSPB and John Lewis…and throwing a hissy fit with the girl on the switchboard at the PDSA when the online service wouldn’t take orders and having my my charitable affiliations well tested when she announced that they had run out of free ‘mystery gifts.’
Still. it was my own stupid fault for ordering at the tail-end of Mercury-retrograde..i’ll be lucky if I recieve half my stuff by next Whitsun and doubtless the personalised items when they DO arrive will be spelled in Lithuanian and the Hampers will be minus the cognac and we’ll still be beating down the doors of Victoria Wines at midnight on Christmas Eve and mugging hapless santa’s for their sacks as they stagger home from Toys R us , merry on 100% proof mince pies.

I am looking for Beyblades online, I can’t seem to find them anywhere, the bloody things are so old and nobody seems to stock them anymore. My son wasn’t even capable of playing with them when they were out, a party at a family members caused this as he had a bag full of the ruddy things
