Many years ago i read a poem, but couldnt remember the title or poet. About 10 years later i was in a bookshop when i accidently knocked a book on the floor whilst walking past it.When i picked up the book the page was open showing the poem i was looking for. Maybe youve had some coincidences you would like to share.
Ive come back to prove you right taffy lol.Often get silly things like picking up the phone to text someone and as I am they text me or singing a song and it comes on the radio. Just subtle ones!
Too numerous to mention! Mine are usually around people, 2 most memorable ones being
A lady in the shop who had recently moved onto a new development that had previously been green belt land, talking about her concerns for a young deer that was roaming the streets looking confused and her worries that it might get hit by a car. She’d reported it to our local RSPCA branch but they didn’t want to know as they “only deal with domestic and livestock”. I started thinking “you need to talk to Debbie and Sue, they do wildlife rescue, haven’t seen them in ages though”…and in walked Debbie and Sue.
A friend who runs a charity coming in one morning and telling me how he really needed to get someone on board who could give them that push in getting the word out there, someone with PR and marketing experience, but they didn’t have any money to pay anyone right now so it wasn’t going to happen. That afternoon a lady walking into the shop saying she didn’t know why she’d come in, she just felt drawn in. We started chatting and she told me how she was coming to the end of her degree course and she needed to find somewhere where she could use her skills as a case study, she’d like to do it for a charity…in PR and marketing!
That’s more fate than coincidence on the 2nd one Jen!
When I got married…. Our best man shared the exact same day of birth as me, I shared the same first name as my grooms sister, my brother shared the same name as the grooms brother, my grandad shared the same name as my grooms grandad. Am no longer married. Maybe it was an omen! Lol
Maybe…I do seem to be constantly bringing people together for some purpose though…
i have two elderly Aunts, recently they had a bit of a falling out about something and nothing. Anyway they usually go on holiday together but because of the argument this year they decided to go separately. Hows this for coincidence, out of all the holidays on offer they independently decided to go to the same location, same hotel, same dates!
I think maybe on this occasion it was divine intervention :D

My brother who lives in australia, was on top of a mountain in new zealand.He started chatting to an english lady, then found out after a few minutes that my sister cleans her house in our home town in england.
