The Main
Beefwellington served with 2 veg and dauphinoise potatoes.
The dessert
lemon sorbet , with lightly whipped cream , or / and apple crumble .6 bottles of red 6 bottles of white , the odd can of beer :D
And not to forget our vegie friends , veg loaf … cooked and ready …..
I’ve cooked for many JC’ers but in all honesty my passion is Thai food and haven’t managed to find anyone with the same appreciation.
So I would have to think carefully about this one.

canapes of home made bilinis and Tay salmon.
starter : my own chicken soup.. made with rice and leeks.. soul food. served with various breads.
main: chicken Balmoral.. chicken breasts stuffed with Haggis and served with pepper Sauce, on a bed of mash, a side of roasters and seasonal veg.
pudding. : fresh raspberries and a home made profiterole mash up.. Ye heard o Eton mess ?? well this is similar but more messy.
more jager bombs after the White wine.. HIC..

STARTER : Smoked Salmon parcels filled with lemon crab and prawn on a bed of Rocket
MAIN : Steak Supper with Pan Fried Potato Fritters, Vine Tomatoes and sugarsnaps
DESERT : Raspberry and Cream Mille Feuille
DIGESTIF : Limoncello
And as much plonk as you can drink!

On the basis that I don’t know many ppl you’d have to fight for a place at the table! Or not maybe lol
