ideas please
cooking for a few friends tommorow night, parents are away, i thought why not give it a go
last night i experimented and made duck for myself (well i bought it ready to just put in the oven) with spring rolls and pancakes
it was nice, but only turned out to be a little snack really, an expensive little snack
i want somthing with more of a meal feel to it, any ideas, also please point me to a place of instructions of how i do all this also
cooking for dummies kind of thing
tonight i’m going to try chicken, with a curry based saurce with pasta, as opposed to rice, i think it will work :)

I’ll be there by 8 – that ok?

i only like mushrooms chopped up small.. i like the taste, but the texture spoils it, but cut up small, or used as flavoring i like
3 May, 2006 at 3:16 pm #212866Call me crazy, but I’ve been know to order entire lasagna from a restaurant and served as my own. Costs about the same as buying all the ingredients and there’s no clean up. Am I genius or what?
3 May, 2006 at 3:29 pm #212867You’re a cheat
3 May, 2006 at 4:42 pm #212868I cant really cook, but for a filling dinner go for pasta with your own made fresh leek n bacon sauce.
Or my ol favourite of roast chicken with the works  Goes down well every time and its very easy. I mean come on…i can do it and no firebrigade has been called…ever! 8)
