You’ve got to just go for it..its easy to stay in and glue yourself to the radiators this time of year.
So having a look on the national rail website it was a choice between cardiff and bath.
At £10.40 return and a thirty five minute train ride bath has won the day.
I shall stroll around the antique quarter and numerous bookshops looking for first editions.
The shops and alleyways around the abbey are a must for the quirky christmas gift.
I can smell the coffee shops and see the cakes from here. :D

Haha miss cherrie..
No they were safely tucked away in their box at home.
Mind you i got on the train and it was surprisingly quiet..so i sat down ready to do the codeword in the i paper when miss arssy decides to sit in front of me. She had one of them faces that looked like she wanted to throttle you. After five mins her phone rang, i presume it was her husband who rang up as she spent the next half hour moaning at him. I could imagine him on the other end saying yes dear,ok dear, yes dear whilst putting two fingers up to the phone lol.
The joys of railway journeys..

Yes was lovely jen..
Very busy though as the xmas market starts tomorrow.
There was a human statue that cosy would of been proud of by the abbey.
One of the buskers was playing jazz trumpet and singing :D
I bought a guitar book and a ufo for my nephews kid.
Lunch was at a pavement cafe in one of the arcades
