i get back to songs in a minute, but first an observation
you know that beach boys song i put on?
whos that beardy weirdy bloke?
he doesnt do anything
so my question is,on the album, would he get royalties?
he reminds me of bez from the happy mondays
yeh hes ok visually,if your watching them live
but on a cd,album etc,you cant hear him
so whats the crack like?
i dunno why little things like that bother me?
i need to get a life i suppose :(10 August, 2011 at 2:44 pm #380360maybe he helps writes the songs
10 August, 2011 at 2:51 pm #380361well maybe he does lucy but bernie taupin writes all elton johns songs, but you dont see him on stage drugged up,stumbling about trying to dance,he reminds me of the uncle you hardly ever see, apart from weddings etc, drunk, stoned, trying to dance then falls over.

The Right Place
The lights are on our side, driving out of town tonight
This night the colour of blue glass
The warm wind is in our hair, summertime is everywhere
It’s funny how today just flew past
I’ve been in the wrong place, I’ve been in the wrong place
Long enough to know I’m in the right place nowFive or ten lifetimes ago, there lived a girl that you don’t know
She walked about and answered to my name
But let’s not talk of strangers now, of where and when or why and how
I’ve turned around and I’m looking at a new day
I’ve been in the wrong place, I’ve been in the wrong place
Long enough to know I’m in the right place nowI’ve been waiting so long, I’ve been waiting so long
I’ve been waiting so long
Now I don’t mind if the sun goes down
The night can’t hurt me now
The summer’s young and the road is clear
I thank whatever brought me here
I’ve been in the wrong place, I’ve been in the wrong place
Long enough to know I’m in the right place now
I’m in the right place now -
