I am looking for the recipe for their cheese (cheese and crackers). They went out of business a few years ago but I still miss their restaurant. Thanks for any help.
I know somebody that didn’t work there if that helps.
Oh yes – of course, it had quite slipped my mind. Good old Chuck – so called because he used to eat loads of cheese at Muldoon’s and then chuck it up on the plates.
The customers all ate Chuck’s regurgitated cheese and none of them ever caught on that it had been sicked up by him onto their plates. Helluva guy, helluva sense of humour eh??
I wonder if he was responsible for Muldoon’s going out of business all those years ago???
