If it wasn’t all over your body I’d suggest shingles, but that tends to be more localised.
If the weather was still hot I’d suggest heat rash.Get yourself to the doc!

But the shoulder pain cud b a frozen shoulder my gran had that.
I wud ask her but she died in may.UTICARIA !! oh thats better ( bless me) . the spots you seem to describe is a mere heat rash/hives. a mild antihisthamine would help as there are more and more greenfly this year with the weird weather pattern..
Ok….i have the odd spot on my arm…one on my (boobie) one on my stomach. The one on my (boobie) seems to change shape im sure!! They are all the same….red dishaped small and ever so slightly raised.
I went to the doctor last week for somthing else and showed him. He said ..without even looking at them properly I may add….oh thats nothing they are moles. I didn’t know moles could be red, but hey ho. So if i die of a skin related disease, take these posts to the necessary compensation department and add extra on for missing me posting :lol: (no smarmy comments pls :lol: )hhhhm sounds like ringworm.. if the centre of the spots start fading ya need to get some anti fungal creme.

RINGWORM!!! Is that like tapeworm????????? The centre of the spot is the same as the rest of it..no fading! Why would the doc say its a mole? tsk …
