Dog Knapping………..

Tut mary, my dogs special, ok her breath hums she farts at the most unapropriate times, opens doors and dosent close them behind her, barks in the middle of the night and wakes me, but shes has the most loveable nature and daft quirks, id be gutted if she was stolen or went missing. Not personaly ever had a dog stolen but know people that have, not nice for them or for the dogs.

My friend had 2 dogs taken and then the people that took them demanded money for her to get them back!! and she informed the police and they wouldnt take action because the 2 dogs were on a travellers site!! She ended up paying them £400!! to get them back because they were showdogs. Needless to say the dogs are now kept in more secure conditions!! although they were on her property in the back paddock near her house. Dog knapping is a ruthless business and goes on all the time, the police told my friend.!! But she has no children so they are like her children to her!! and would have probably paid much more to get her dogs back!! and yes they were microchipped, fully registered golden retriever full breds!!

omg!! so if my child was kidnapped or my house broken into and burgled and either was taken to a travellers site would the police do nothing then ????
i would think that would not be so and if it is whats the point .
ludicrous!! what excuse will the police come up with next for not following up complaints?
probably they would say sorry too busy earning money sitting in our little vans catching speeders etc.
not that im against the police my uncle and aunt both used to be coppers sorry to u both but sadly too often true lol
