Has she not heard of a pushchair?
7 April, 2008 at 6:39 pm #324237the parents could well die before he’s even a teenager its wrong
7 April, 2008 at 6:49 pm #324238Children are abused, neglected and some left in the hands of the social services, some of them do not see adulthood, this happens to children regardless of the parents age, young or old.
If this child is nurtured I don’t see a problem.
And aww aint he cute!
7 April, 2008 at 6:50 pm #324239Im torn on this one ….One part of me thinks wow they are getting on a bit and may not see the child grow into her teens
But another part of me thinks f00k it bet they will give more love to that child than most teenage mothers …Who scream at their kids ina shopping center to shut the f00k up !!!
Fag hanging out their mouths earring weighing them down to the ground and a mobile phone stuck to their ears
I wish them well in a way and hope lifes good and lets them see the child grow maybe not into adulthood but its teens
7 April, 2008 at 6:53 pm #324240I read that headline too quickly and thought it said ‘Struggles with her strap on’
True point there pete, happened to a girl in my year at secondary. She was 13 (or 14, don’t know exactly) and her dad was in his 70’s when he died.
7 April, 2008 at 6:59 pm #324241those slings are bloody lethal anyway. had one fa my daughter an gave up usin it when she was 6 months old cos of the one sided weight…she nearly pulled me shoulder out. any woman of 64 who can carry a 2o month old in a sling must be frickin tough!
7 April, 2008 at 7:02 pm #324242Very difficult one this like sian said there is so many kids not loved and cared for better she has 2 or 22 years being loved than to be abused or not cared for but on the other side hows that child going to feel when she has no parents and is all alone ? and if they die b4 she can look after herself she could end up in care under social anyway unless they have made better plans in that event. Also if her parents get infirm is she at a young age going to ahve to be their main carer ? that isnt right either. maybe the uk 55 stipulation should be the right one a s a top limit even that seems high tho.
Should we mess with nature ? maybe we should just let the menopause make the decision for us.7 April, 2008 at 7:05 pm #324243a parent can die at any age.
7 April, 2008 at 7:09 pm #324244not of old age they cant though the menopause is natures way of saying stop breeding the chances of them dying before the child is old enough to handle it is pretty high i’d say Screw with nature it has a habit of kicking you in the teeth
