If you knew that a popular chatter in JC was a fake, albeit from their location, their picture etc
and had evidence to prove this, would you out them and risk being unpopular yourself and hurting someone else in the process or would you let it lie????

    Great Topic Melody!!!!

Well you already know my opinion on this……….I personally would and have voiced my findings……HOWEVER when people are in cyber relationships they will only believe what they wanna believe, no matter what you tell them, they continue to be deluded and besotted and remain wearing rose tinted glasses simply believing that they are different and the grass will be greener on the other side UNTIL it all ends in tears and then they wish they had listened to the people they had once called their friend………..Is a hard one but I cant keep my gob shut I have to speak my mind on the other hand I would say leave them to it if they are so gullible then they dont deserve to be told what you know :) ………….just saying xxxxx

    Tom

Fake people.. online :?: You don’t say :?

Here was me genuinely believing all females are supermodels, and all men are soldiers :?

Tom I am a supermodel as it goes, I do most of my modelling work in front of my mirror.

I have never met a soldier online yet. lol

I think you are caught between a rock and a hard place. If you say something, you run the risk of others not believing you. But on the other hand if you say nothing, and it all comes out you run the risk of losing a friend if they find out you knew.

Why not speak to the person you are worried about hurting, tell them what you know, that way they have the choice to see for themselves they are being played or continue to carry on being a muppet.

Of course, maybe they already know and are playing along. Maybe that person is fake too. You never know

I actually suspect that the whole relationship is some elaborate hoax now to be honest.

I have found that online peeps are generally fake. Initially i thought otherwise as i always like to see the best in people. There are a few who are nice peeps. However, who’s to say these nice peeps are not mass murderers in disguise? I mean, you get PC access at prisons these days right?

Also, who’s to say I am not a mass murderer. I mean, I am not, but then a mass murderer would say that wouldn’t he?

I think overthinking is a scourge. I remain optimistic and when someone dissappoints i shrug and say “ah well”.

    Best way really!!

    xxxxxx
