False Friends (a poem about people you really do not ever need in your life)
False friends I wonder whom they’re trying to kid?
With their lies? their stories? their tales?
Messaging the man you like behind your back
Flirting even after that failsFalse friends ‘I love you’, and ‘Oh you make me laugh’
Just words under a veil of deceit
Talking about your business to anyone who will listen
Pulling the rug from under your feetFalse friends I wonder why they end up
Like every other piece of scum
Saying that they understand you confide in them
Then they go and tell everyoneFalse friends enjoy it when you fail
They laugh when you fail to walk
Calling you a ‘nightmare’ to your face
When they are one to talkFalse friends pretend they really care
But patronise and condescend
They make out that you are so pathetic
They just have to be your friendFalse friends fancy the man you like
They flirt and show them their breast
Then they apologise without sincerity
And just act like all the restFalse friends pretend to back you up
Act like they’re superior
They aren’t – they are just deluded
And that wont get them very farFalse friends think that they know more than you
And think they can give advice
They say nasty things ‘for your own good’
Truth is, they’re just not niceFalse friends betray your secrets
Because you have something they lack
They will say how much they adore you
Whist they stab you in the backFalse friends convince themselves
A better friend you will never find
That all the nasty things they say
Is just cruelty to be kindFalse friends cover their guilt
With a dusky vein of truth
They will accentuate the faults you have
And they will call it ‘proof’False friends will never understand
Because they have not got one clue
False friends should go about their lives

How possibly would u know what a good man is..? You complain at ones you want attention with. You bark at many you would like to be with.. and you must find the good in your self first before you can compare what good is. Or is according to what standards you hold?

I’m not particularly good. I have a sense of right and wrong, shared by a lot of people.
I’m still amused/bemused by being reported to Philomena Cunk when I was visiting f3 late week lol
I know, it happens to the best of us.
Oh my. Fee fie fo fum u not smell a messy run..she be nice, she be fair..no matter she not care.. so be aware.. she really not care.. while she drinks her rum. She plays her games..she shares her crumbs..oh please…take care, as she only wants to hurt and this is what she likes most as she thinks she a host. . As I no fool..she needs to go back to school…and listen and learn as she needs new rules. Do not hurt others as you think it fun..in the end it you who will have no fun! Sorry you been hurt..sorry you been used, but sadly you became the fool. So make your own life better as you need it to get under and out of the weather, as this will go badly and you will be truly unsettled..

I really don’t know you (any of you).
You seem to have a very sharp mind, and a sharp tongue which can sting.
You’ve helped me a lot with your poetry, and your attitudes to poetry, so this advice is purely well-meant.
I have no idea whether you are the cause of the anger with some of these people, or whether you’re merely responding to their cruelty…really no idea…and in the end, it’s not interesting who is the ultimate cause.
I do know that once you answer them with cruelty, and provoke them to greater cruelty, then a descent into hell takes place. It’s you as well as they who descend.
In Dante’s Inferno, one of the terrifying images is of a man locked in a cell, while another is behind him holding his shoulders and eating his brains. The horror in the victim’s eyes is matched by the Satanic glee of the assailant. A truly terrifying picture of what can happen to us.
I’m firmly of the belief that Hell exists here, among us, and not in any mythical place below.
So, please, don’t become the assailant or the victim. Don’t respond to provocations, certainly not with personal cruelty.
There are better, much better ways, of dealing with these boards, and with the people on them, than by making yourself (and them) inhuman and in the end miserable.
You have your poetry. Think about it. It’s up to you in the end, but even if you attack – eventually – think again about what I said xx.

Scep. you know I listen. But give me a break. Numerous names and numbers. Hacks all up always. You now for real. Enjoys it. Loves it. Spews it..u giving a free reign it o.k. to abuse, troll all day and night..and… oh forget it. Not worth it really. Goes after me. Simple I am tired of it. Will call it out. Games seize. So do I. Get it..done..
halleujah maybe linda has seen the light ! The need to appear reasonable to others, despite numerous scathing comments, quickly cloaked by the guise of victimhood soon becomes unpalatable. Ego kills friendships and when Ego looks cracked, nastiness plus a very short memory prevail. but hey dont sweat the SMALL STUFF far too much… far more important Sleep well
