The Post Office is going to sell ‘print your own’ stamps over the internet.
So does that mean that you will only ever need to buy one stamp online, as a master copy?
Are the banks going to do the same with money, I wonder!

Ah, but only until someone cracks the bar ‘code’ – I have been working in this one since the mid 80s. I will be rich I tell ya… RICH!

ive been assured that the bar codes will be individual when downloaded, so unless you post them simultaneously they will be undelivered or returned to sender, or the receiver will get a msg asking them to pay the postage.
if they are using the bar code system that the rest of the country use, it should work.
BTW, martin…. can you put your hands on a 90 quid bracelet that I posted to someone from ebay three months ago who has yet to receive it? (i wont be compensated cos it was recorded delivery rather than special grrrrrr!!!!) :shock: :shock: :wink:
