Who got what he deserved?
The victim’s got a life sentance. He dosent even know if he’ll be able to work again.
In that case, surely all speeders deserve jail. After all, the speeder that gets home safe and sound has behaved no better than the speeder who ends up in an accident. One has just been luckier than t’other.
