I guess u can say as Covid had central stage for months this new pandemic is Riots and destruction of business, monument structures long standing providing history, and more steps back than forward.
History books will NOTE 2020 as the worst for all globally.
I hope all will maintain to be safe and healthy and hopefully down the road this be put all behind us and life turns to normalcy as we know it. Who knows

Absolutely Linda, unfortunately a few morons will scream racism for talking common sense.. the same people who were crying about people breaching covid social distancing and the selfishness of people are now supporting mass gatherings spreading the virus . You couldn’t make it up

Im not sure how relevent this is to the original post, but these were the objectives of the protests in the UK according to BLM.
- Dismantle captialism
- Dismantle the police
- Dismantle the patriarchy
- Dismantle white supremacy
- Declare the COVID-19 racist
- Remove Boris Johnson from prime ministership of Britain
- Remove Jair Bolsonaro from presidency of Brazil
- Increase the pay of black people by 20%
Interestingly, George Floyd isn’t mentioned anywhere.

Drac agree. Sad as is, the demise of a person whose death was a tradegy in such a way opens doors for those whose causes laid dormant and use this injustice as a platform to reform and be heard.
As it my opinion, this incident broke camels back. Last straw. The stress on society all over the world with covid, confinement, loss jobs, no money, no schools, colleges, no churches open, holiday disturbed, birthday celebrations, list go on.. This incident opened up wounds of the many whose issues never resolved and let go with justice never being served.
Will we survive all these changes at this time. We will, we will press on..till next time deep wounds opened again.
Understand peoples need to vent. However this has become a time in which now cultural statues, old buildings, museums, churches long standing, are attacked, destroyed to make a statement.! Perhaps a nicer statement would be a petition by citizens for removal of statutes, so from the people, and not animals in which many now see. Violence breeds violence which we all seeing.
Young children seeing actions of adults. Own parents. What are they learning? Destruction and riots will bring justice down the road? This justice, or World War 3 in which civilization is defunct and we fighting each other. So truly sad.
The best, cities sectioning off areas calling it their own with no cops, structure, laws, and taking over police station, boarding up where they live and screening who goes in and out. Own policing using own guns to protect areas.

You have people going to the rally’s looking to start trouble now. Nothing to do with why people are really there. On the statue that went into the docks someone had wrote ACAB on it. (ALL COPPERS ARE BASTARDS) Where does that come in on Black Life’s Matter?
By the way the band ACAB are a skinhead band Nuff said?
