‘Oxygen thieves’ take my breath away,
but ‘skin wastes’ just make my flesh creep.

Just seen our glorious leader posing outside 10 Downing Street with an unmatched collection of dullards, makeweights, knaves, thieves, varlets, lunatics, nonentities, tramps, vagabonds and assorted oxygen thieves and skin-wastes, a simpering buffoon today launched the most exciting exercise in direct democracy since the last instalment of “Britain’s got come on its X-factor”.

In a move that any sane person would describe as “electoral suicide”, our beloved Prime Minister today reminded the world that he bears ultimate responsibility for the fact that the goggle-eyed, blinking lunatic Ed Balls directly influences what your children are taught; that the head of Slytherin House is responsible for all business regulation; that a man who makes Geoff Hoon look like a model of competence is now in charge of the military; and that he actually has a Minister for Misandry.

    Amongst many other awful things.

Meanwhile, the leader of the official opposition has been outlining this week’s election strategy with lots of well-rounded phrases to highlight that the primary differences between his party and that of the governing party is that he can speak with passion and authority. And by the way, does not have any of those awful cabinet ministers in his team. Fortunately for us, he has his own shining team of dullards, makeweights, knaves, thieves, varlets, lunatics, nonentities, tramps, vagabonds and assorted oxygen thieves and skin-wastes.

And apparently there’s another big party, although no-one knows anything about them.

It’s all so exciting, especially the prospect of sweeping reform and major changes to the way things are done in this country. As for me, I’m hoping that a sensible party is standing in my constituency – like the Monster Raving Loony Party.

Why not vote for UKIP then QM – they seem to be on your wavelength. :D http://www.richardcorbett.org.uk/assets/docs/briefing/theres-something-about-ukip.pdf

I probably will, they may be daft, but at least they’re better than the main 2 1/2 parties.

Gordon Brown has been ordered to release information before the general election about his controversial decision to sell Britain’s gold reserves.

The decision to sell the gold – taken by Mr Brown when he was Chancellor – is regarded as one of the Treasury’s worst financial mistakes and has cost taxpayers almost £7 billion.
Mr Brown and the Treasury have repeatedly refused to disclose information about the gold sale amid allegations that warnings were ignored.
Following a series of freedom of information requests from The Daily Telegraph over the past four years, the Information Commissioner has ordered the Treasury to release some details. The Treasury must publish the information demanded within 35 calendar days – by the end of April.
The sale is expected to be become a major election issue, casting light on Mr Brown’s decisions while at the Treasury.
Last night, George Osborne, the shadow chancellor, demanded that the information was published immediately. “Gordon Brown’s decision to sell off our gold reserves at the bottom of the market cost the British taxpayer billions of pounds,” he said. “It was one of the worst economic judgements ever made by a chancellor.
“The British public have a right to know what happened and why so much of their money was lost. The documents should be published immediately.”
Between 1999 and 2002, Mr Brown ordered the sale of almost 400 tons of the gold reserves when the price was at a 20-year low. Since then, the price has more than quadrupled, meaning the decision cost taxpayers an estimated £7 billion, according to Mike Warburton of the accountants Grant Thornton.

Blair’s fight to keep his oil cash secret: Former PM’s deals are revealed as his earnings since 2007 reach £20million

Tony Blair waged an extraordinary two-year battle to keep secret a lucrative deal with a multinational oil giant which has extensive interests in Iraq.
The former Prime Minister tried to keep the public in the dark over his dealings with South Korean oil firm UI Energy Corporation.
Mr Blair – who has made at least £20million since leaving Downing Street in June 2007 – also went to great efforts to keep hidden a £1million deal advising the ruling royal family in Iraq’s neighbour Kuwait.
In an unprecedented move, he persuaded the committee which vets the jobs of former ministers to keep details of both deals from the public for 20 months, claiming it was commercially sensitive. The deals emerged yesterday when the Advisory Committee on Business Appointments finally lost patience with Mr Blair and decided to ignore his objections and publish the details.
News of the secret deals fuelled fresh accusations that Mr Blair is ‘cashing in on his contacts’ from the controversial Iraq war in what one MP called ‘revolving door politics at its worst’.
They will increase concerns that Mr Blair is using his role as the West’s Middle East envoy for personal gain.
The revelations also shed fresh light on his astonishing earnings, which include lucrative after-dinner speaking, consultancies with banks and foreign governments, a generous advance for his forthcoming memoirs, as well as the pension and other perks he enjoys as a former Prime Minister.
The full extent of his income is cloaked in secrecy because he has constructed a complex web of shadowy companies and partnerships which let him avoid publishing full accounts detailing all the money from his commercial ventures.
Critics also point out that a large proportion of his earnings comes from patrons in America and the Middle East – a clear benefit from forging a close alliance with George Bush during his invasion of Iraq.
Last night Tory MP Douglas Carswell said of Mr Blair’s links to UI Energy Corporation: ‘This doesn’t just look bad, it stinks.
‘It seems that the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom has been in the pay of a very big foreign oil corporation and we have been kept in the dark about it.
‘Even now we do not know what he was paid or what the company got out of it. We need that information now.
‘This is revolving door politics at its worst. It’s not as if Mr Blair has even stepped back from politics, because he is still politically active in the Middle East.

How much more of this do we need to put up with good people ????? Never forget….what these scoundrels do…they do in your name :x

This blair should be held to account without delay, not least for the outright bloodshed of British soldiers….It also begs the question, what really did happen to Dr kelly ? I will never forget seeing this gaumless man at the service held for the death of Prncess Diana…. its an absolute tragedy that this man ever sets foot in the house of prayer…And now, he wanders the middle east procuring his lucrid deals earning vast amounts of filthy money…….And this man, an ex primeminster…. This explains fully the smug look this man wears at all times……Thatcher was a Biatch yes, but at least she had the gall to show it up front…. Send him to the desert with a ballon full of stagnated water, even that would be to generous….. :x
