do they get the jobs  :)
I called an NHS appt line today, the conversation went as follows:-
Me: I received a letter from you asking that I call to make an appt
Them: Ok, name, hosp nbr etc., (which I gave)
Them: Is this the first time you called
Me: Yes
Them: Have you called before
 DDeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

Really annoys me when you get a leter from a company and they give a direct line to call, as opposed to a general numer. You ring the number and you still have to go through all the options and when someone actually speaks to you they ask you what its about!!
