Surely congratulations should be made on their site? :?

Just seemed to me that if congrats were in order to certain people about a certain site you’d make them on that site where they’d see them…wouldn’t you? :?

I’ve seen one or two decent posts in my time, but that last link was well sick.
Outstanding in respect of the work involved, and the intelligence and humour. The Cross of Iron reference dislodged me from my seat.
