Well the other day i was talking to my best friend on skype and he said to well Sarah you quite chubby can you touch your toes?

So i said yes i can, i can also get my foot on my head and do the splitz and he said NO WAY larger ladies like you cant do that lol

So i said to him oh Alfie please take a screenshot of me touching my toes as i cannot take it myself lol

So he did.  He is such a kind wonderful person doing that for me.  You all get him so wrong, hes not an evil manipulating bastard at all hes lovely and kind and really helped me out by taking this pic for me.

Flexible doesn’t just or always apply to physical elasticity.Although obviously here the emphasis is on the human body stretching. A classic term of flexibility can signify the individuals ability to stretch their thinking out side of their own limitations physically or mentally to see another’s point of view, assist in some way or broaden their own horizons due to their capacity to take others view points are feelings into account.
