How much effort do you put into things….or people?

One place i work i will admit there goes on a lot of back stabbing and internal fighting…..any way the point is this….i keep getting told that so in so is fed up cause you never talk to them….ok fair enough…i could make more effort but on the same thought…why don’t they?

Why do people make accusations…especially to other people behind one’s back when they can just do the same thing them selves that they are complaining or bitching about?…human nature?…..they just like bitching?…who knows?
