How would you define a jobsworth?

How would you define a jobsworth? It’s an interesting term or expression that comes up time and time again in life and perhaps in conversation. The thing is…….the way i see it is this……how does your job determine your worth?…monetary value? i got plenty of that. So what’s missing? I can give you a clue……change job to person and you got person worth which quite simply states…how much are you worth as a person?

In a job sense……are you worthy of the job or is the job just using you?
