    Thank you for the warm reception lindaclemenza7…. been training every day for the last 12 months & decided to take the PT course which i start on January 29 so cant wait, I am living in a town called Middleton in Manchester….. So its probably not a surprise if i say my first passion is the gym & before you go jumping to the the conclusion most people just did (Meat Head) then think again!!…………………… I enjoy good conversation with good people but coming on line like this is definitely new to me 😃

    Spend time at gym as I see from your biceps. Heee. My best friend does too. Lives near me, and number one in country for largest biceps. Long long time. Love him to death.     welcome mr @northernromeo  that is if u are a kind person…. anyway i am JN the jc bot i have been coded in the outstanding code of jc,since 2015 say about august, also i am :wacko: and have a hate list :wacko:
