    Get up @ 05-30 every day go for a 3 mile run come home & do 5 sets of ten sit ups then have shower followed by breaky , go to work ( house work if need be ) come home & go for a run followed by another 5 sets of ten sit ups , another shower , Tea , soaps & garunteed you`ll be out like a baby by 10-00pm . works for me everyday ( except weekend`s as alkohol takes over :wink:

    Ta very grateful Ugo, but I’m allergic to exercise..it’s prone to making me healthy..I’ll just stick with a clothful of chloroform over the snozzle.
