Everyone is different and there should be room for us all. Lets be honest the boards have not been overly busy so new folks bring a new impetus.. It might not be what we are used to … but it has often been said the boards are boring… we cant have it all ways.

What a shame its come to this, an us and them situation, most of the chatters on patschat knew how far they could go and what they could get away with, i’m sure that those same posters know how much they can get away with here too….sure you are always going to get some who overstep the mark but i beleive the admiin is pretty much on the ball and you do have the option to report an offensive post……

i was a p.chat member and i miss it, as far as what went wrong, who knows , but im sure its nothing sinister, just ‘stuff’

some members here are doing exactly what they accused p.chat members of doing, come on guys members here can be inflamatory and volatile too…….

I miss pats, there is stuff i would have posted on there that i wouldnt post here (no not inflamatory lol) it was just a diferent ‘type’ of message board wth a small community, just as you have here only on a larger scale..

all im saying is im sure ‘some’ ‘ex’ pats chatters may be a bit different to what you see as the ‘norm’ here but doesnt it take all sorts?
