I treated it like a winning lottery ticket, so went straight out and got into drunken fights with total strangers who made no sense at all.

The other possibility for the error message is that the maximum number of users in the chatroom of 200 has been reached. Try again a few moments later and you may well be able to get in.

there is a different message for that…………or atleast there used to be as i haven’t seen that one for a while
