How come when we have a bit of sun; people run around screaming “it’s the end of the world! Ahhhh! Global warming! We’re doomed, DOOMED!”
And when we have a bit of rain; people run around screaming “FLOOD WARNING! FLOOD WARNING AHHHHH! IT’S THE END OF THE WORLD! WE’RE DOOMED! DOOMED!”
FFS. It’s a bit of rain! We don’t even know what floods are in this country. A couple of inches of water spills onto the road and we have a national panic ffs. Bunch of poofs! We’re British, we should be used to rain by now!
I for one have enjoyed our weather lately. Its not been freezing cold; its not been red hot.
We’ve had a lovely bit of rain, we’ve had a lovely bit of sun now and again. It’s how it should be!
I’m sick of hearing people complaining about a bit of rain and making out a bit of water on the roads is a devastating flood.
Dont we do the same with a few inches of snow too
And qwho can remember the trains HAVING to stop running because of……….
