to sleep would do me darling ! yeah the pirouettes and pas de baux(sp) may have helped. But im at home at least. Can sit here with a cuppa and laugh with folks on FB if needed. I dont understand why i cannot sleep. I lie down and HAVE to remember every word of ” to kill a mockingbird” and it wont go away till i get up and google literature !

rah rah rasputin,, thats me back again.. Nothing like the second episode of silent witness and a kebab. ! I love that programme and keep if for when i can concentrate, had visitors tuesday past. what an invention with digital telly :) Almost tempted to watch criminal minds too, but will get it another night. Have a busy day tomorrow. pah !
