    These household appliances are so bullying and threatening…my dishwasher pings and displays “please shut off” a few times then changes to “shut off!”…I mean, who does it think is the boss in our house? Doesn’t it know that the cat can’t read?

    And don’t get me started on satnav’s – t’other half bought me one and it was quite menacing, a very authoritarian male voice (and no, it couldn’t be changed, it was quite basic) and I found myself telling it to shut up, I knew where I was going! The satnav that comes in his car is quite different, it actually says please!

    I used to have a car that talked to me. told me when the seat belts where not fastened or the doors were opened etc. Was great when u had a drunk in your car at 2am :D

    its time to quit chat when you make a thread about reasons to quit chat ( maybe you’re just looking for a reason) maybe you’re just waiting for some one to come up with the right reason but you cant think of it you’re self ? :?:
