pluty an me been talkin bout our wedding, an we both agree that we would rather ppl give us money at our wedding instead of wastin money on gifts we already got, is not like we settin up home, we have an established home so dont need any more stuff.
our problem is, how do we tell ppl that without soundin like we greedy, money grabbin b@stards :? :? :?

My uncle and aunt had a greek orthodox wedding and had money pinned on them. Nobody bought gifts.
Dawny alot of ppl these days ask for money cos they’ve already got an established home etc…..we asked for either Argos Vouchers or a cash gift, nobody minded at all, and I’d rather give someone wot they actually need and want than somethin that’s just gonna be put in a cupboard and forgot about, I don’t think it makes you sound stingy at all….
will a fiver do? :wink: :lol:
I think a lot of people prefer to give u money or vouchers really, i am sure that u will not have any complaints if u just ask for donations!!
