Doubt we’ll be in it much longer, not if we repeat tonight’s performance
14 March, 2008 at 12:09 pm #317502I would’nt say it was a terrible performance.
They did what they had to do. Nothing more, nothing less. Any manager would have used the same tactics to defend a 2-0 lead.
14 March, 2008 at 12:19 pm #317503The second half was a better performance but it’s fair to say that the Gers were lucky to get out of there only conceeding the one goal. Big Al was fantastic in goal again, he and Cuellar were outstanding (again) I just hope we can hang onto them.
14 March, 2008 at 12:32 pm #317504Yup, it was a great performance from McGregor. Cant be too far behind Gordon now for Scotland number 1.
14 March, 2008 at 12:37 pm #317505Wouldn’t have thought so – some of the saves he pulled off last night were first class (he had no chance at the goal) and he’s done it time and time again for Rangers this season. I wouldn’t like to count how many games he’s saved for them.
14 March, 2008 at 12:41 pm #317506well then…………….Gooners v Liverpool, second leg at Anfield and a league game between the two sides right in the middle. Then quite possibly Chelsea for the winners.
looks very much like United heading for Barca on the other side of the draw.
not sure what I think………………(no change there then)
14 March, 2008 at 6:48 pm #317507i was hoping all 4 english teams avoided each other, would have been great to have 4 in the semi’s
prediction – Liverpool, Chelsea, Man United, Barcelona for the semi’s
