mine would be a ruby murray…probably a chicken jalfrezi, mushroom pilau, garlic and coriander naan bread and fresh strawberries for after :D
mine would be served to me by Gabriel Byrne… hot dish serving a hot dish :P

Washed down with a nice Australian white wine followed by a pint of Blackthorns
