Most towns and cities have their local home grown characters. Here’s a few from Liverpool.
This guy is known as leccy legs hes autistic. Three years ago he was homeless. Leccy loves dancing his way around the town centre. If anyone ever goes into smokey Mo’s bar in the city centre you will see leccy legs high kicking his legs on the dance floor Hes quite a lovable chap, the locals christened him leccy legs. Today hes become an internet sensation. He now has a full set of teeth and a nice flat!

Geof Dorman age 79.
Geof also known as quick silver
has been roller blading around liverpool city centre for over 20 years. Geof was banned from roller blading around the snobby area of southport and fined £2500. Geof rebelled and refused to stop his much loved skating. Today Geof is 79 years old, recenty he was knocked over by another skater which resulted in him breaking his hip. 6 weeks later fully recovered he was back on his skates, the doctors told him the reason he healed so quickly was his bones were strong with the years of skating. We all love him and hes welcome to roller blade in our city centre whenever he wants!

What amazes me most about this video is all the others joining in — AND the fact this is taking place in broad daylight!
